Adulting is hard! We have responsibilities and commitments. We have to take care of stuff. In the process, we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves. We develop habits that might not be healthy for us. As a result, we do not feel as awesome as we want to be. As we grow, we may experience life changes and struggle to adjust to these changes.
We may know what changes we need to make to feel better but we don’t have the motivation to do it. We may know what we want but don’t know how to get started. There is so much information out there; we may feel overwhelmed and don’t know how to sort through the information. So, we keep doing what we do and keep on struggling.
Coaching can help! Working with a wellness coach can help you figure out what’s right for you. What do you want? What is your optimal self? What changes do you want or need to make to feel awesome?
As a wellness coach, I help you identify what you want in terms of your health and well-being and help you create a personalized and realistic plan to get there. I function as your sounding board and cheerleader, and provide the accountability you need to achieve your goals.
